Simply Circus offers a range of theatrical consulting services designed to help you get the circus effects you need on-time and within your budget. As with anything, the earlier we are brought in to the planning, the more effective we can be at giving you the most circus bang for your buck.

We often get calls from people who know they want to include a dramatic "circusy" effect, but don't really know what the effect will be, or how it will be integrated into the show. Other times people will call us with a general idea of what they want, but no clear concept of what it will take to accomplish it.

Our consultants can help you flesh out your vision, offer you a fresh perspective on your project, and help you see options you may not have ever known existed.

Planning

Once your concept is fleshed out, it’s time to start planning for it. When it comes to planning out a circus effect, there is no substitute for experience. Our consultants can help you efficiently plan out your effect, and avoid costly mistakes in time, materials and equipment, while giving you the best possible results.

Are you planning a theatrical production with circus elements? Are you trying to figure out if you can train your actors to perform or if you need to hire a circus professional? Design

You have a concept and a plan. Now its time to actually design your effect. Your design will usually involve rigging the physical apparatus, choreographing the actual act, and getting the costuming, lights and sound for the act just right.

Simply Circus can help with the workshopping process.  Our teachers and consultants can work with you to design and implement a workshop process to help your actors understand context, build skills and develop group numbers

As part of the workshopping process, some of your actors may need to develop specific circus skills.  Our teachers and consultants are expert in training actors to perform circus skills.
